Aluminum Machining & Fabrication Services
Where form and function are equals
When you need complex aluminum parts and precision is non-negotiable, think Alfiniti. For more than 55 years we have helped manufacturers turn aluminum tube, pipe, bar, and extrusions into finished, ready-to-assemble components, machined and fabricated to your exact specification.

A Full Range of Aluminum Machining & Fabrication Services
Alfiniti machines and fabricates the tube, pipe, and extrusions we supply, so one partner takes your part from raw material to finished component. Open any service below to see the detail.
Precision Cutting, Sawing and Deburring
Cutting, sawing, and deburring aluminum tube, pipe, bar, and extrusions to length, from 0.375 inches up to 33 feet, with tolerances quoted to your part.
Learn MoreShow Less
We cut aluminum tube, pipe, bar, and extrusions to length with square, deburred ends, in the alloy and temper you specify.
- Lengths from 0.375 inches to 33 feet
- Cut on saws and on end facers, with the end facers holding to plus or minus 0.005 inches
- Wire brush and tumble deburring
- Prototype quantities through high-volume production
The tolerance we can hold depends on which machine your job runs on, so send us your length and tolerance requirement and we will tell you what we can hold.

Drilling, Punching and Notching
Drilled holes, punched slots, and notches placed to your print, so parts arrive ready to fasten, fold, and join.
Learn MoreShow Less
We place holes, slots, and notches exactly where your assembly needs them.
- Hole sizes, patterns, spacing, and tolerances matched to your drawing
- Production volumes, not one-off work
- Assembly available on the same order, including installing button clips
This is everyday work on telescoping tubing, kayak and canoe paddles, and snow shovel handles. Send us your drawing and parts arrive ready to fasten, fold, and join.

Bending
CNC, manual, press, and roll bending of aluminum tube and extrusions, held to shape without kinking or cracking.
Learn MoreShow Less
We bend aluminum tube and extrusions to your radius without kinking, cracking, or wall collapse. We bend four ways:
- CNC bending
- Manual bending on our Pines benders
- Press bending
- Roll bending, also called roll forming
We confirm the alloy and temper that will hold both your radius and your finish. For alloy and temper guidance, bendability factors, and our full bending capability, see our dedicated custom aluminum tube bending page.

Forming and Swaging
Swaging, stamping, end-forming, and flaring up to 5.000 inches OD, so tubes fit, join, and seal the way your assembly needs.
Learn MoreShow Less
We form the ends and bodies of aluminum tube and extrusions up to 5.000 inches OD.
- Swaging, which reduces the outside diameter so one tube slips inside another
- Stamping
- End forming and flaring
Swaged joints are how telescoping poles, handles, paddles, and multi-piece tube sets go together without a separate coupling. Send your print and the fit you need and we will form to it.

Machining
Conventional and CNC milling and turning, cutting the bores, flats, and machined features your design calls for.
Learn MoreShow Less
We machine your parts to print, cutting the bores, flats, mounting faces, and detail your design calls for.
- Conventional and CNC milling
- Conventional and CNC turning
- CNC holds the same geometry and tolerances from the first piece to the last across long production runs
Send a drawing with your tolerances and material and we will machine to it.

Honing
Honed bores for hydraulic cylinder tube and shock absorbers, to the surface finish and tolerance your application calls for.
Learn MoreShow Less
We supply honed aluminum tube for parts where the inside surface does the work, most often hydraulic cylinder tubing and shock absorbers.
- A bore true enough for seals to ride and hold pressure over the life of the cylinder
- Run through our vetted honing partners today
- Honing equipment being added at our Chicoutimi plant
- We manufacture the tube being honed, so the material and the finished bore come from one source
Send your bore size, surface finish, and tolerance requirements and we will quote to them.

Welding
MIG and TIG welding, including hand welding and robotic welding, to build finished aluminum assemblies.
Learn MoreShow Less
We join your components into finished assemblies, including assemblies that cannot be extruded or machined as one piece.
- MIG and TIG welding
- Hand welding and robotic welding
- Base metal and filler selected for the alloy and the loads the part will carry
Tell us the alloy and the service loads and we will weld to suit.

Assembly
Button clips, pins, end caps, custom marking, and kitting, so parts arrive ready to go straight into your build.
Learn MoreShow Less
We assemble the parts we fabricate.
- Button clips and pins that lock two tubes together
- End caps fitted to tubes
- Custom marking
- Kitting, so a five-tube set arrives as one bundle instead of five loose pieces
Parts reach your floor ready to install, with no secondary handling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Alfiniti machine and fabricate parts from the aluminum it supplies?
Yes. Alfiniti is an aluminum manufacturer first, so the same partner that supplies your tube and extrusions also machines and fabricates them. You get material and machining on one order, with one team accountable from raw stock to finished component.
Which aluminum alloys are best for machining?
6061 is the most machinable alloy Alfiniti supplies and the usual choice for machined parts. We also machine 6063, 6082, and 3003, and we can machine the other alloys we supply. We help you confirm the best alloy and temper for your application.
Can Alfiniti handle high-volume production runs?
Yes. Our CNC and sawing capabilities are built for repeatable, production-grade output, so you get consistent quality from the first piece to the last across large orders. Tell us your annual volumes and release schedule and we will scope the run accordingly.
Can you finish the parts after machining?
Yes. We offer a full range of surface treatments, including anodizing, painting, and powder coating, so your machined and fabricated parts can leave finished and ready to use.
What do you need to quote my part?
A drawing or sample, your target alloy and temper if known, key tolerances, finish requirements, the end use of the part, and estimated volumes are enough for us to get started. If you are not sure of the best material, we will help you select it.
