Alfiniti has promoted Shy Jones to General Manager of its Winton, North Carolina plant, effective October 1, 2025. Jones now leads both production and financial performance, overseeing about 150 employees as the site grows toward 175 in 2026.
Jones joined Alfiniti 28 years ago as a packer and advanced through roles including packing supervisor, department superintendent, production control manager, and plant manager. That hands-on path shapes his priorities around safety, quality, delivery, and disciplined results.

In his new role, Jones is driving Alfiniti’s push to become the preeminent supplier of driveshaft tubing while building a team to expand specialized aluminum products, including specialty alloys, tight tolerances, and application-specific specifications.
