Alfiniti Promotes Marisha Clary to Sales Supervisor

Alfiniti is pleased to announce the promotion of Marisha Clary to Sales Supervisor, effective December 1, 2025. Previously serving as Senior Customer Service Representative, Marisha has consistently demonstrated a customer-first mindset, strong leadership instincts, and the operational discipline needed to support a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

In her new role, Marisha will serve as a customer advocate while also owning key sales responsibilities. Her focus will be simple: help customers feel supported, understood, and well-served at every stage of the relationship. As Alfiniti continues to expand, Marisha will also play an important role in strengthening the structure and capacity of the sales function to ensure customers receive a more personal, responsive experience.

“As Alfiniti grows I am looking forward to adding more sales employees to assist the customers on a more personal level,” Marisha said.

Marisha brings a uniquely well-rounded professional background to her leadership role. Before joining Alfiniti, her experience spanned case management, social work, corrections, and medical/clinical settings. That breadth has shaped a holistic approach built on empathy, calm decision-making under pressure, and clear communication. Those same strengths have made her an invaluable internal resource and a steady point of contact for customers.

“I bring a holistic and empathetic approach to my work as a Sales Supervisor,” Marisha said. “My experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of human behavior, crisis management, and effective communication—skills I apply daily to foster meaningful relationships with both customers and my team.”

Throughout her time at Alfiniti, Marisha has been committed to advocating for customers and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of care and professionalism. She is known for staying focused on outcomes while continuously improving the process behind the work—an approach that supports both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. In a fast-paced environment where responsiveness matters, Marisha adapts quickly, keeps priorities clear, and helps the team deliver consistent results.

She is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth, both for her team and for the customers Alfiniti serves. Whether she is mentoring team members, improving workflows, or developing solutions to meet customer needs, Marisha leads by example and sets a high bar for professionalism and follow-through.

Outside of work, Marisha is deeply committed to her family and personal growth. She enjoys spending time with her family and being actively involved in her son’s life. As a coach for his Little League baseball team, she reinforces values like teamwork, perseverance, and leadership—values that carry directly into her work at Alfiniti. She also enjoys reading and personal development and is proud of her athletic background, having played softball and volleyball throughout childhood and in college.
