Congressman Don Davis Visits Alfiniti’s Winton Facility

On Thursday, July 10, Congressman Don Davis spent the morning at Alfiniti, Inc. in Winton, North Carolina. The visit offered an up-close look at how our aluminum manufacturing team transforms aluminum into parts found in homes, hospitals, and even deep space.

Congressman Davis spoke with operators, quality technicians, and support staff, learning how each role contributes to the manufacturing process and the local economy.

He emphasized the importance of skilled manufacturing jobs in northeastern North Carolina and pledged continued support for programs that expand apprenticeship opportunities.

A Shared Vision for Northeast NC

Alfiniti employs more than 150 people in Hertford County and partners with regional suppliers whenever possible. By investing in advanced equipment and ongoing employee development, we aim to add new positions and broaden our product mix over the next two years. Congressman Davis’s visit underscored the value of these efforts and reinforced our commitment to:

  • Growing local jobs with competitive wages and clear advancement paths
  • Supporting STEM education to inspire future makers and engineers
  • Strengthening supply chains through collaboration with nearby businesses

We extend our gratitude to Congressman Don Davis for taking the time to experience Alfiniti’s work firsthand. His interest highlights the impact that dedicated, high-skill manufacturing has on families and communities across northeastern North Carolina.
