Alfiniti, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Steven Bellemare from Vice President of Sales to General Manager of our Chicoutimi, Quebec, Canada plant.
Steven has been with Alfiniti, Inc. for four years and has contributed across the business in roles focused on growth, partnerships, and customer-driven manufacturing opportunities. He joined Alfiniti, Inc. in September 2021 as Business Development Director and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in May 2024.
In his new role, Steven will lead day-to-day operations at the Chicoutimi facility, with responsibility for plant performance, team leadership, and continued execution against Alfiniti’s customer commitments and growth initiatives.
“Steven consistently brings a different perspective and finds ways to make things happen,” said Steve James, Managing Director at Alfiniti, Inc. “From identifying new products for us to manufacture to building the partnerships and resources needed to deliver, he’s helped move our Chicoutimi operation forward. He has also secured more than $1 million in grant funding through investment partners like Rio Tinto and through Quebec and Canadian government programs—support that directly strengthens our capabilities and long-term growth.”
Steven’s track record reflects a practical, execution-focused approach to expansion—identifying new products, finding the resources to support them, and building the partnerships needed to deliver results.
