  • Nitrogen gas or liquid nitrogen will help cool down the aluminum after undergoing the smelting machine.  It needs the cooling to make the outer skin harder to be able to line it properly into the die.

 

  • After the die, the exit temperature will be lower to make the aluminum extrusion material easy to handle.

 

  • After this, the aluminum extrusion shaped in the die will be placed in a stretcher, straightened and hardening work will be applied.

 

  • The final step is the sawing of the aluminum extrusion into the required length.

 

There are several machines involved in this process and several other materials necessary to complete it.

 

Thus, if you need strong materials like aluminum extrusion you will need to acquire it from reputable suppliers.  Some people who want to do it by themselves may not be able to perfect the process.  Availability of the machines and experience of the extrusion worker is often necessary for a reliable finished product.
